1. Subscription Services
Pikjay offers both free and paid subscription plans for users. If you’ve purchased a paid plan, the following terms apply:
- Refund Requests: You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription or payment. After this 7-day period, refunds are not available.
- Eligibility: Refunds are only provided for payments that were processed through our official platform. If you have any issues with a third-party payment service, please contact them directly.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, depending on the usage and type of service, we may offer partial refunds. This will be determined at our discretion.
2. In-App Purchases
For purchases made within the app (e.g., premium features, virtual goods, etc.), we provide a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be offered for any in-app purchases.

- Cancellation After the Service Has Started: Once a service has been initiated, refunds may not be provided. However, if there is a significant issue with the service, please reach out to our support team to discuss the situation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The service has been fully rendered or partially used.
- You have violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
- Payments made for non-refundable items, such as digital content (e.g., virtual goods, advertising credits, etc.).
